The conception of subjective educational policy practice is such a concept which is based on the training that makes the educatees to be the subjects in educational activities and social life.Chapter 1 is the basic theory of the conception of subjective educational policy practice.In the first part,it defined the core concepts of subjective educational policy practice research.Through defining the connotation and extension of the conception of educational policy and the conception of educational policy practice,it confirmed the logical starting point and the basic categories for constructing the basic theoretical system of the conception of subjective educational policy practice.In the second part,it constructed the theoretical system of the conception of subjective educational policy practice.In this part,it firstly confirmed the basic categories of the conception of subjective educational policy practice,which regarded the conception of subjective educational policy practice as a logical system that is made up of the conception of decision-making,the conception of implementation and the conception of evaluation.The conception of each category is made up of the conception of essence,the conception of value,the conception of practice and the conception of quality.Secondly,based on this basic logic,it chose the argument logic--from actuality to rational evolution,from fact to value.Thirdly,it explored the theoretical basis of the conception of subjective educational policy practice from the aspects of the conception of subjective education,the conception of subjective educational management,the conception of subjective educational policy.Finally,it illuminated the inherent regularity of the conception of subjective educational policy practice by theoretical analysis and factual analysis.Chapter 2 is the conceptional analysis of the activities of educational policy practice in China.In this part,it firstly surveyed the current situation of the activities of educational policy practice in China by the conception of subjective educational policy practice.Secondly,it analyzed the specific performance of two types of conception of subordinate educational policy practice in educational policy practice activities of decision-making,implementation and evaluation.Finally,it explored the existing problems and the causes.Chapter 3 is the conception update of the activities of educational policy practice in China.In this part,it firstly advocated the conception of subjective educational policy decision-making,the conception of implementation and the conception of evaluation.And then it proposed the improvement paths and strategies of decision-making,implementation and evaluation according to the conception of subjective educational policy practice.
