China Sustainable Development Of Sports Science And Technology Cost Control

The mankind constantly challenge extreme limit of their bodiesby using science and technology in the past 20 century. That is,the science and technology has penetrated overall skin of ourcountry's Sports and become powerful impetus in improving exerciseachievement. Obviously contrast, the negative influence of scienceand technology to sports also comes to an unprecedented degree.Therefore, How carrying out the valid controlling of cost of scienceand technology has become urgent request of our country's sportssustainable development.The paper takes Marx's dialectics materialism as philosophyfoundation, methods of document data, interviewing experts and Logicargument as research methods, existing research results as basis, andcarries on a research on controlling problems of cost of science andtechnology in our country's sports sustainable development, andattempts to construct realistic controlling mechanism of cost ofscience and technology in our country's sports sustainabledevelopment. From the theories,the purpose of research is affluentin our country's sports controlling mechanism of cost of science andtechnology. From the practice,the research puts forward some designsto control path of cost of science and technology, in order to reduceartificial and unnecessary cost of science and technology in ourcountry's sports development.The basic structure of paper mostly includes four parts:The first part: sustainable development thought of sports and costof science and technology general situation. It investigates theconnotation, type and society cultural root of cost of science andtechnology systematically by the way of the static state, thus,itcovers up foreshadowing for us thoroughly overlooking artificial andunnecessary cost of science and technology from the philosophic heightfor us.The second part: view of cost of science and technology in sportssustainable development. It reasonably elaborate importance ofsetting up the scientific view of cost of science and technology insports sustainable development.The third part: rationality standard of cost of science andtechnology in sports sustainable development. It makes us have a moreconcrete understanding to the rationality standard of cost of scienceand technology by judging the rationality standard of cost of scienceand technology and the grasp of"degree" in sports sustainabledevelopment.The fourth part: control mechanism of cost of science andtechnology in sports sustainable development. Second,operational levelshould include two aspects: One, to strengthen science and technologyand moral education and public opinion propagandizing;Two, tostrengthen science and technology making and executing the law,to fight the behavior of the abuse science and technology.5) In regard to the controlling process of cost of scienceand technology, it includes five procedures of predicting,decision-making,carrying out,supervising and feeding back.
