How can our school education keep pace with the social culture and technology changes? How should it respond to the challenges and opportunities in face of an increasingly mediated world? How can it enable young people to become active, critical participants in the media culture that surrounds them?This research takes a perspective of the relation between current media technology transform and curriculum reform, and its main line is along with "media technology development------culture transform------curriculum reform".In the first part, this paper analyzes some foreign representative countries and areas' media literacy education, it supply enlightenment to our country's next work. In the second part, this paper draw out the research and practice of china's media literacy education, then it try to explore the cause from three levels.This research takes account of the huge changes both in the current china social culture and the new character of today's younger generation who is living in a media saturated world.At last, this paper provides an accessible media education curriculum development model, which is based on Moral Education and integrating into other related subjects flexibly, such as Chinese, English, History, Information Technology, etc. Through pedagogic practice of media literacy education in the school, we sum up the experience and explore the possible obstacles and limitations. This is a need response to our media education's future process which will enable us to implement it more effectively.
