University culture guides the direction of the development of a university.It is the spiritual lighthouse of all university people.The excellent university culture makes college students form a strong sense of belonging,identity,honor and responsibility,and cultivate talents for the society and the country.University culture inherits,integrates and innovates excellent culture,and promotes the progress of social civilization by cultivating talents to inherit outstanding culture,scientific knowledge and advanced ideas and concepts of human society.With the rapid development of Internet technology and the arrival of the era of media,the media in the application of teachers and students study life has been spreading,become an integral part of the university teachers' and students' way of thinking and behavior patterns had a profound impact.In the face of the media era brings to the university cultural construction of the opportunities and challenges,how to correctly understand the characteristics of media era,to recognize the present situation of university cultural construction and the existing problems and discusses the way of construction of university culture in the era of media,to better promote the development of the university culture,has very important theoretical and practical significance.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction.The research background,research significance,research methods,research ideas and main innovation points of this paper are expounded systematically.The second part is the definition of relevant concepts.To clarify the concept of education at the university of media and culture,the study of the media,both at home and abroad was described in detail about university culture research,and education at the university of media and cultural construction in combination with related research.The third part is the trend and case analysis of university culture construction under the background of "we media".This chapter is divided into two parts.The first part introduces the trend of university culture construction under the background of "we media".Such as: traditional colleges and universities campus culture propaganda way the decay and new media center organization structure constantly improve,public colleges and universities become the new platform,college school culture construction and Internet enterprise in-depth development cooperation;The second part analyzes the campus culture of W university by using "we media" in three aspects.Based on the problems existing in the cultural construction of W university in the past,this paper introduces the concrete practice and measures of the university's cultural construction using "we media" resources in recent years,and finally shows the practical results.The fourth part discusses the influence of "we media" on the construction of university culture.This chapter uses data to show the current situation of college students' use of "we media" and discusses in detail the positive and negative effects of "we media" on the construction of university culture.Positive impact include: improving the equality of the subjects of university culture construction,promoting the impetus of university culture construction,and promoting the diversity of the content of university culture construction;Negative impact include: the diversity of value choices,the confusion and imbalance of network order in colleges and universities,the dissolving of the authority of university culture and social mainstream values.The fifth part is the path of university culture construction under "we media" environment.This chapter mainly from the school,the government,the society,three main bodies proposed concrete measures:the school should cultivate the correct media communication literacy;Cultivate campus opinion leaders and create university culture brands;The government should strengthen the construction of self-media monitoring and improvement of relevant laws and regulations;The society should assume the responsibility,consciously maintain the network environment order,promote the correct values and the national spirit.
