Inclusive education, which advocates that education should strengthen the students' participation and reduce the exclusion of students, has become a main trend in current educational development around the world. However, there are still phenomena of excluding or discriminating against the vulnerable students in education. This initiates us to contemplate the exclusion of the vulnerable students.The first part of this essay elaborates the definition of inclusive education, the background of inclusive education, its basic concepts and its orientation for value. Inclusive education pays more attention to the problem of inclusion—exclusion, and the inclusion it emphasized points at the exclusion, which providing guide for solving the problem of the exclusions in education.The second part of this essay includes the classification of the vulnerable students, the analysis of the causes resulting in the vulnerable students, and the phenomena of excluding the vulnerable students in education, which is contrary to the concept of inclusive education.On the base above all, the third part of this essay analyses the huge challenges that inclusive education has brought, which are helpful in improving the educational reform, and changing the exclusion situation of the vulnerable students. At last, through the guiding of inclusive education, the essay elaborates the active and effective measures taken to accept and assist the vulnerable students.In education, we should enable the vulnerable students to develop healthily and equally in the acceptable atmosphere. This will help all students especially the vulnerable students achieve equality and maximize their development in the process of full participation and cooperation.
