Middle School Math Teacher Evaluation Study

With　the　development　of　the　civilization　of　the　human　beings,　the　significance　of　the　basic　education　is　more　appreciated　by　society.　Mathematics　is　one　of　the　most　important　part　in　middle　school　education　.　So,　the　evaluation　to　the　middle　mathematics　school　teachers　becomes　a　very　important　　research　problem.　In　this　paper,　the　aim　and　the　importance　of　the　evaluation　is　discussed　firstly,　and　the　basis　requests　are　analysed.　Then　,　the　character　of　the　job　of　the　teacher　,especially　the　middle　school　mathematics　teachers　are　discussed　in　detail.　After　the　content　of　the　evaluation　are　analysed　,　the　methods　of　the　evaluation　are　discussed.　Especially,　the　results　of　the　evaluation　is　analyzed　by　using　Fuzzy　mathematics　technique.　Finally,　other　problems　in　the　evaluation　to　the　teachers　are　considered.
