On The Changing Role Of The New Curriculum And Teachers

The　role　of　a　teacher　is　some　kind　of　identity　in　teaching　activity　and　the　action　standard　adapted　to　it.The　feature　of　a　teacher　is　changing　gradually　according　to　the　changes　of　our　society.A　teacher　is　required　to　improve　constantly.The　contents　and　requests　of　previons　role　must　change　constantly,and　this　situation　not　only　requive　the　understanding　of　his　own　role　but　also　have　the　developing　eyesight　to　treat　his　own　role,and　to　adjust　to　one's　own　role　constandly　according　to　the　changes.This　article　bases　on　the　background　of　society　and　the　changes　of　teacher　role.This　article　points　out　that　it　is　necessary　to　realize　the　changing　of　a　teacher's　role,to　change　the　teaching　methods,the　evaluating　way　and　the　teaching　means.Tradisional　teaching　ideas　and　studends　idea　should　be　changed.The　teaching　way　of　direct　inculcation　should　be　changed　into　the　one　that　studends　try　to　find　and　the　one　that　they　research　by　themselves,and　to　change　one-side　import　information　into　a　maths　experimental　way　and　an　all-side　cooperation　communication　way;and　to　change　conclusive　teaching　way　into　a　process　one　and　questionable　one;and　to　change　closed　teaching　way　into　an　open　one　and　a　comprehensive　one.In　a　word,we　should　build　up　all-side　evaluation　way,and　use　computer　in　class.Thus　renews　the　teaching　methods.The　experiment　has　shown　that　the　four　reforms　above　should　arouse　students'　learning　enthusiasm,strengthen　students'　subject　and　creativity　and　improve　teaching　results.
