Research And Analysis On The "Expired Period" Of Middle School Teachers

We are in a new era so that urgently deeding a great quantity of fresh blood for our schools, the beginning teachers are gradually becoming the main force in our faculty nowadays. In accordance with the research on the beginning teachers, the“inadaptation period”is one of the key point for them growing up and maturing. More and more professional education researchers realized that this period will deeply influence the beginning teachers’ developing direction and attitude of teaching. The year of beginning is very important to the new teachers for their teaching ability and it may be as a regulator for their teaching attitude in a long term, even whole of their teaching career. Then, what way shall we take for the beginning teaches to overcome the “inadaptation period”? in this research, we random quest a number of new teachers in a Dalian primary school as samples in recent three years, through questionnaire and interview we learnt the children of “one child ”policy past and present, sorted the similarities out, analyzed the reasons and seek the way out to cope the crisis we encountered for promoting the beginning teachers development in all respects.My thesis is mainly divided for 5 parts : Part one: Preamble. General introduction, purpose and significant. Parttwo:The purpose of my thesis is a brief introduction and summery to the beginning teachers’ inadaptation period researching domestic and abroad and meanwhile defining “beginning teachers ”and “inadaptation ”Part three: the process of the research of the beginning teachers “inadaptation period”in Dalian primary school. Analysis of the answers of the beginning teachers’ questionnaire and interview, conclusions of the particular expression in the beginning teacher “inadaptation period”Part four: Solutions, particulars solutions to the particular school circumstancesPart five : Ending. Aspiration, my own opinion will be a valuable reference to the research of the beginning teacher’s “ inadaptation period ” in our country.
