Theory Of Fuzziness is a kind of theory and approach, which is used to deal with the fuzzy problems. It's researching object is the wildly-existed fuzziness in reality, and it takes the fuzzy sets as it's basic tool, in an attempt to grasp and deal with the fuzzy problems. TOF consists of 2 basic viewpoints: first, the viewpoint of fuzziness, which is the basic starting point to observe the real world; second, the characteristics of fuzziness, which is the core concept of TOF.This thesis uses TOF to study Chinese teaching in high schools, which is put forward by aiming at the lack of accuracy teaching. The paper holds the point that unilateral seeking for exactness in teaching can easily lead to the loss of teaching flexibility, thinking-mode way of talking, and damage the students' interest in study. Therefore the paper indicates that the science of fuzziness has its researching value and significance in Chinese teaching ,and the application of TOF in Chinese teaching has an important function to the students' ability of realizing , spirit of creation and aesthetic sentiment. The paper also introduces TOF's accelerating function to the evaluation of Chinese learning.This thesis illustrates the feasibility of the application of TOF in Chinese teaching, believes that fuzziness did exist in Chinese teaching. The existence of large amount of fuzzy information, the students' cognition and knowledgestructure , the curriculum's uncertainty, opening and holistic feature , deciding that the research of Chinese teaching under the guiding of TOF is not only necessary but also inevitable.The paper mainly discusses the principles and strategies of TOF in Chinese teaching. Fuzziness and accuracy are a pair of parallel concepts, not polar one. They oppose each other, at the same time, they depend on and contact each other. Under certain conditions, they can be transformed. In TOF, the relationship between fuzzy sets and classical sets fully expressed the above opinion. We need both the accurate approach and fuzzy approach, which compensate each other and compose people's means of cognition. Accurate...
