Entered the information era, the network education receives people'suniversal attention as a form of expanding the study space and time. Thenetwork learning wave has arrived. In the area of basic education,curriculum reform is being carried out with the course integration and IT asthe major content. Classroom teaching is to teach students theoreticalsystem of knowledge and practical experience and achieves the maininteraction channels between the students and teachers in feeling andpersonality. And it is easy to be controlled with the teachers to be leaders,and it is conducive to finish the teaching task, however, the classroominstruction pays more attention to the general character thus it can't achievethe goal to teach the students in accordance with their aptitude. Network isindependent, interactive, open, shared resources such characteristics canmake up the insufficiency. Extracurricular network learning and classroomteaching should be useful coexistence and complementary.The article takes the present domestic and foreign networkseducation and the traditional education supplementary research as abackground. On the basis of further research about network learning, thearticle explores the relationship between the classroom and extra-curricularlearning network, and finds the accurate docking point, exerting therespective superiority between the traditional classroom and the networkand starts a new learning model.In view of the current domestic and international research status oncomplementary network of education and traditional education, Chapterone Analyses their existent problems, so we provide motivation for thestudy, research objectives and methods.Chapter two explores in depth network learning content, the elements,network learning and network learning evaluation. It introducedNetwork-related technology in the study of the application. As a basis of it,we establish a pattern corresponding way of complement and expandclassroom learning.Chapter three has discussed the humanism, the behaviorism and thecognition principle study theory from the theory in the classroominstruction supplement and the development study application. It proposedthe classroom instruction supplement and the development study should bethe programmed instruction with constructs the construction principle studyidea the union.Chapter four is the focus of this article. It mainly explorescomplement classroom teaching and learning elements of the basicstructure of model in the network environment. So Classroom teaching andlearning networks complementary relationship brings forward mutualinfiltration of classroom learning assessment and evaluation of learningnetworks. It further analyses complement with a combination of classroomlearning and expands the successful elements of classroom teaching andcharacteristics and functions which are connected with Something taught inthe class and the impact of classroom.Chapter five obtains from the study characteristic analysis. It proposedthat the data collection and the analysis must unify the classroomobservation;the net under with the on-line two kinds of situations mutuallyseeps in together. So that it has a comprehensive understanding and theinstruction to student's study and simultaneously promotes teacher'sclassroom instruction..The traditional teaching came in for the network and the networkeducation impact. What causes the network education and the traditionaleducation to carry on effective docking, displays respective superiority. Ithas the profound vital significance. to structure life-long study system andsatisfy the desire which the people seeks knowledge to .How do wecarefully plan with the conformity and guarantee the network teachingthe quality and the superiority, causing the traditional education facedwith the new challenge.The extracurricular network study takes the classroom instructionsupplementary and the development. The extracurricular network study hasprovided one kind of effective teaching and the study way for the teacherand the student. Through this article research, we can provide the theoryand the method for all levels of each kind of school which one kind mayprofit from. From the cultural transmission, the information technologyhas the high efficiency and the high efficiency. Organically unify theinformation technology and the discipline curriculum becomes theenhancement education efficiency the necessity. The extracurricularnetwork study becomes in the discipline curriculum reform and theteaching essential "the essential factor".
