By way of the characteristic course field of our national basic education course system, project learning has become the hQtspot of course reformation currently. Project learning is a self-determination learning method based on resource and situation, depending on network learning environment very much. Web-based project learning environment includes four elements: learning resource, learning situation, learning strategy and learning supporting service. Humanistic is the important tropism of teaching investigation the contemporary era. Project learning, no matter what its essence, connotation and original ideas of beginning the course, overflows humanism densely. It is very important to design humanistic web-based project learning environment (HWBPLE). At present, web-based project learning has two leading learning modes: WebQuest and Topic Learning Network Station. For the sake of comprehension about the design of web-based project learning environment, we make an investigation on 100 WebQuest and 50 Topic Learning Network Station cases, and find it is an ubiquitous phenomenon that humanistic care is scarcity in either design thought or every element of learning environment. Hereby, this text first sums up the characteristics of HWBPLE. Afterward, it brings forward six design strategies: taking learners as center, infiltration, pay attention to course experience, interaction, cognizance and sensibility developing harmonious. Next, it dissertates how to infiltrate humanistic care in every element design in combination with cases. At last, it puts forward some idea and suggest.
