It is the teaching and research way in which new course advocates that the school-based research, smooth promotion, having the signification for promoting the development of school, teacher and student of the new course reform. Thesis make investigations junior middle school through questionnaire with method of interview to Shahekou district Dalian, purpose lie in fully finding out about the school-based research of every school, and practice subject matter that aspect store in the school-based research, and put forward the corresponding settlement tactics. The result of study show junior middle school such as Shahekou district Dalian is it grind in practice making sure effecting to the school-based research, but the choice of the school-based research forms, the school-based research validity ,  copies of the school-based research transformation respect and the school-based research of the system ,etc. respect also have the problem. To the above result of study, I put forward the corresponding settlement tactics: Optimize the school-based research form , transfer the school-based research instruct right , promote the school-based research achievement transform and set up and amplify the school-based research appraise system ,etc.
