It's not optimistic about the quality of middle school English teaching and study (It points to the training of communication ability mainly. )now. The mass of English education workers work for the researches and practice of middle school English teaching and study continuously, and they are thirsty for making a break and surpassing the status quo. The thesis consults a large number of relative works, thesis and reporter, and combines my own teaching practice. Proceeding from the development state of network teaching, it points out the problems in the construction of network curriculum and the applications of network teaching; Looking back the course of a long-term wandering situation of middle school English teaching and study briefly, and bring up that we should catch up with the step of information age if we want to change this situation; The thesis relates middle school English network teaching and design's conception briefly, and it gives fairly accurate analysis and demonstration about design principle, teaching model, main contents involved about teaching and design, problems for attention and main links. And its key points lie in approaching how middle school English network teaching and design should develop network advantages and special characteristics, improve teaching resource, create teaching environment, and pioneer teaching methods in listening, speaking, reading, writing and evaluating, etc, so as to conbine teaching themselves to studying collabrately. teach students in accordance with their aptitude, improve the quality of middle school English educating and teaching, and especially raise the ability of communication.
