During The Social Transformation Of Rural Modernization Support System

China is a great agricultural country. Over seventy percent of the population is farmer. So the modernization of rural area is concerning with the realization of the modernization in China. And the question of the modernization of the rural area is always focal points and hot spots in the academic circles. But there was no abundant achievements about it in practice. Nowadays the sustainable systems of rural modernization have not been set up and well developed in scales because it is restricted by many factors. The outstanding behavior is that the issue of countryside and farmers has not been entirely solved. Under the current background of actively initiating the overall planning of coordination between the urban and rural areas, to explore the issue of "agriculture countryside and farmers", to study this problem and to construct the system take a very important position in theoretical study, especially in practice.Setting up and perfecting the system are a social project, which relate with politics, economics, culture, etc. This paper tries to combine theory analysis with individual cases to look at the actual conditions of the sustainable system of rural modernization of Hejia village and Xiaolujia village in Shanghe County. Meanwhile, we can discover the problems, and find the way to solve the question.This paper consists of preface and six parts.The preface introduces the meaning of this issue in theory and in practice.The first part tells us background, contents and methods of this paper.The second part looks back the modernization of the rural areas. Firstly, it looks back the history of agriculture and rural area. Secondly, it reviews many relevant documents of the study. In this part, it mainly shows some achievements in our country, including rural structure, rural political, rural economy, rural society, and so on.The third part mainly describes the concept of the structural system and index system of The Modernization, construct of the sustain system of Rural Modernization.The forth part introduces the situation of The Modernization of the two village in Shanghe country, HeJia village and XiaoLujia village,. It includes the basic situation in Shanghe county, the economic situation, social state of the peasants of HeJia village and XiaoLujia village, etc.The fifth part is an analysis about the obstacles and questions, which mainly include the external environment and its own problems of rural modernization.The sixth part is a discussion of the way to construct the sustainable system of rural modernization. It puts forward the view and suggestion in this text—refining rural politics, perfecting structure of organization, establishing the system of social security, accelerating course of civilization, and strengthening community's culture construction.
