Research On The Sports Modernization In Rural Areas Of China

It was the start point to actively push the rural sports forward continuously and healthy for the research on the sports modernization in rural areas of China. It was a component of the Chinese modernization for the sports modernization in rural areas, which should be gradually spread with the process of the Chinese modernization. Furthermore, the China’s socialist modernization construction, the rural modernization and the sports modernization jointly constituted the realistic background. The dissertation made a thorough research on the our country’s existing rural sports development literature material, the rural sports status of the typical provinces and the rural sports development of the partial town and country and analyzed the statistical material by means of the literature material analysis, typical investigation, questionnaire, interview method, field observation and mathematical statistics, etc. The findings showed:1.It was a course of the transformation and development of the mass sports and the competitive sports for the sports modernization in rural areas of China in the process of the Chinese modernization which existed in the part-link or no-link villages and towns areas, and all kinds of special areas whose long-lived population was in adequate of 3000 or went beyond 3000 but un-independent.2.The process of the sports modernization in rural areas of China included the two stages of building up and entertainment, and five traits which were the democratization and laws on management, the secularization and life on social function, the knowledgefication in the spread of sports technology, the diversification of sports facilities and the harmony of sports pattern.3.The process of the sports modernization in rural areas of China was gradually development experience. Building up was the current primary role. After the 21st century, the second stage of the sports modernization in rural areas of China, taking entertainment as the important symbol, was coming soon. And it prioritized to develop in the developed area. As presented a building up and entertainment dual social function situation.4.The current situation of the sports modernization in rural areas of China was that the democratization and laws on management respectively lay in the 1st modernization mature period and developmental period, that the social function lay in the 1st modernization mature period, and presented the 2nd modernization preparation period, that the knowledgefication lay in the lower level, and in the 2nd modernization preparation period at most, that the sports facilities diversification had been achieved a certain scale, and lay in the 1st modernization developmental period, that the harmony of sports pattern in the rural area basically lay in the 2nd modernization preparation period or starting period.5.The process of democratization and laws, social function evolution, knowledgefication in the spread of sports technology, diversification of sports facilities and harmony of sports pattern were concerned with the comprehensive modernization level. The non-balanced developmental phenomenon and asynchronous developmental phenomenon showed that the rural sports modernization in China was the relative independence.6.The outer factors constituted by the social system and the sports system accelerated or conditioned the process of the sports modernization in rural areas of China. The inter factors were constituted by the implemental factors, the technological factors, the institutional factors, the value idea factors, the peasant ration and the two sides of needs factors (the national needs and the peasant needs) , which led or regulated the process of the sports modernization in rural areas of China. Moreover, the core factors, as were the two sides of needs factors also determined the developmental direction and characters of the sports modernization in rural areas of China.7.The sports modernization in rural areas of Zhejiang province, Shanxi province and Gansu province, which respectively represent the developed area, the developing area and the destitute area, was more dependent on the outers, and were short of the utilization and guide to the outer resources. However, their sports modernization in rural areas had a more reasonable inner base. The sports modernization in rural areas of Shanxi province and Gansu province was more dependent on the traditional idea, but the sports modernization in rural areas of Zhejiang province took it as the first negative factor.8.The social evolution, the opportunity attachment and the advantage guide were three ways of the sports modernization in rural areas of China. It should become clear characters of the sports modernization in rural areas of China that included the system of laws and democratization more perfecting, the social function more life, the knowledgefication in the spread of sports technology more outstanding, the sports facilities more diversification on the peasant needs and the traditional sports and modern sports more harmonious coexistence. It`s evaluation index included two phases indexes of building up and entertainment, and five characteristics indexes of the democratization and laws on management, the secularization and life on social function, the knowledgefication in the spread of sports technology, the diversification of sports facilities and the harmony of sports pattern at least, which still evolved a system of indexes.
