To initiate students proactively taking part in exploratory studying is one of the most important targets in the new round of courses improvement in national elementary education in our country. It is generally accepted that exploratory study is a learning method to experience, understand and adopt scientific researching method while acquiring contents of science, by following the course of scientific researching. In science exploratory activity student is to acquire knowledge and techniques of physics, experience joy of science exploration, learn scientific researching method from scientists, and grasp scientific thoughts and spirits by experiencing the similar course that scientific workers carrying on in science exploration. All through the beginning and development of exploratory study all countries in the world have been setting their education target as to educate intellectual persons of high quality and with enterprising spirit and practice ability, and nowadays the exploratory study is being reintroduced and worldwide extensively promoted and proposed. That exploratory study is an ideal carrier in physics study that has a unique and irreplaceable value in the new round of courses improvement in elementary education lies in that the exploratory study embodying the essential features of physics is an important integrant of physics teaching which is to arouse students' interior motive and enable them to study physics effectively.The constructive doctrine and multielement intelligence theory are theoretically supportive to exploratory study. Either the development history, scientific knowledge-view, view of teacher and student and evaluation-view of constructive doctrine or the intellect-view, student-view, education-view and still the evaluation-view of multielement display the necessity and rationality of carrying on exploratory study and provide the theoretical guideline as well as indicate the direction for promoting the teaching tactic and evaluation of students' exploratory study.On the basis of the foregoing contents, this paper propose effective teaching tactic - rolling style integral optimization in physics of junior middle school to promote exploratory study. This tactic has two features: (a) Rolling style, an ordered conducting way in the whole teaching course. That means in different study phases timely and appropriately reviewing and exercising the different contents of studying to promote knowledge memorization, understanding and transference, and the transformation in students' study method so as to gradually enhance their exploration ability and develop their intellect, (b) Integral optimization, that is, to select and integrate the teaching essential factors like teaching target, teaching contents, teaching method,...
