At the time of scientific technology, knowledge is changing and the technique is renewing continuously, education should focus less on passing and savingknowledge, but focus more on the ways of making students gain more knowledge——learnhow to study. The important target of the 21st century biology course reform is to train and develop the ability of student's collecting and processing information, One of the important tasks of educational information theory is to explore how to collect, pass and process the information in bettering education result. This text aims at some key problems exsited in the biology course, from the angle of education information theories , some specific suggestions and measures are put forward to put the new course into practice.
