This thesis, taking Ping Cun High school in Korea as an example, is to analyse the successful experiences of educational management in Korean high school. Based on the writer's investigating in Korea, consulting and reading some relevant documents and books, it concludes the following main parts: the system of internal management, the management of teachers, education and students. Meanwhile, this thesis analyses some urgent problems, which appear in Korean education of high school, for example, publishing students physically and taking lessons after school. In addition, the writer, considering the actual conditions in China, offers some useful solutions to these problems in home education of high school. |
