Education is confronted with the unprecedented opportunity as well as challenge in the information era. Traditional teaching method is not adapt to the educational reform .Integrating information technology into Chinese instruction is one of the develop trends of Chinese instruction. The research on integrating information technology into Chinese instruction will bring great impact on Chinese instruction reform. With the way of theory contracting of fact, first, the author analyzes the condition and disadvantages of integrating information technology into Chinese instruction. The author also states the concept and internal significance and theory foundation of integrating information technology into Chinese instruction. The author classify Chinese instruction contents, analyzing and designing the integrating method of Chinese reading, oral, poetry, composition teaching. The author concluded the superiority of integrating information technology into Chinese instruction obviously by comparing the integrating teaching and traditional teaching. The author make the Chinese instruction web set based on instructional design theory and practicing research.
