This study focuses on the development of children's personality and sociality, which are 2-3 years old and first leave home to nurseries and kindergartens. It mainly intends to dig deeply into the essence of the nursery-enrollment crisis, the understanding of young children's social supports networks of the crisis and its solution mechanism and strategies. The reason to do the research is that the social support networks and I hold a partial opinion to the crisis and my reflection on the understanding and corresponding educational strategies.The findings reveal that the crisis has rich and deep intension and extension, and cannot simply be covered by young children's separation anxiety; the essence of it is the crisis of the loss and reconstruction of autonomy; It is a normal phenomenon during an individual's development, which brings opportunities of development as well as crisis with it, whether it is an opportunity or crisis depends on the information the environment provides. If children can be self-adjusted to adapt to the new environment with the proper help of the social supports networks, they can not only accommodate to the present life of the kindergarten, but also construct the positive character of the current stage-the initial structure of the reality autonomy, and accumulate the mental ability for further development; the assisting strategies of the social supports networks is to create the necessary condition for the self-organization of young children's psychological system, it is neither to eliminate the crisis or challenge young children face, nor to simply satisfy their present need.The study attempts to use an utterly different framework-Theories Self-organization, wishing to discover something new owing to the transfer of perspective. In the practical section, we integrate a variety of research methods according to different problems, including literature method, interview method, observation method and so on, and make an effc rt to combine the deductive and inductive way of thinking.
