As the development of Chinese educational undertaking, the gap between being educated need and educational offer are extending. The issue of educational justice are gradually become the center of people's concerns. Since 1999, the rate of enrollment from senior middle school to university go beyond the rate of enrollment from secondary school to senior middle school. Under the condition of higher education magnify its number of recruitment, the education of senior middle school fail to reach the standard required by higher education. As for the issue of educational opportunity, the choice of a good senior middle school is more intense than the examination of entrance to higher school. At a high degree, whether you can get into a good senior middle school become the key to the admission of universities. China's senior middle schools are divided into common type and key type, and this division also become an important perspective to see the state of educational justice. So the issue of the school system quality offered by senior middle school become people's main care. The issue of educational justice at the phase of senior education mainly refers to the equality of in educational opportunity. According to China's concrete conditions, the justice at the stage of senior education refers to the opportunity offered to students from different regions, different background and different sex. This research discusses the factors of family background which affect the students' opportunity to senior middle school theoretically and experientially.Either exploring the related theories, this study also use social survey research, the technique is multistage cluster sampling and stratification. From six senior middle school senior middle schools in Fushun city of Liaoning province (including province key ones, municipal key ones, general ones) 600 high school students enrolled in Grand One are selected to be surveyed. This dissertation explores the factors of family background (such as educational level of parent and occupation, family economic level, family's amity level), these factors affect on the enrollment to different kinds and levels senior middle school, researcher are trying to concern Chinese senior middle school educational equity, by analyzing the facts in senior middle school education with related theories, then, provide favorite ideas to China's senior middle school education's development.The main conclusions are:1,On the whole, students coming from family, those parents have higher education level, social status ,higher economic level family, and democratic family, have higher accessing to the best senior middle school.2,Compared to the general senior middle school, the status of technical senior middle school are descending. And that is to say , the proportion of students come from low income family are large.3,Even though the opportunity of learning in senior middle school are affected by family factors, but it is determined largely by score of the examination from elementary school to secondary school. So we say the mechanism are relatively just.
