With the prompt development of information technology, people's lifestyle have changed a lot .Web technology also influence people's culture and Weltanschauung. Technology's impact on education is especially immense, it provides newer teaching method,educational content, it changes the instruction concept, accelerating the education innovation, and impulse the development of education and speedup the modernization of educational management. Web technology makes many tentative plan which can not be carried out in traditional condition become true. Many new didactical modes,patterns come into being.In this thesis, we demonstrate the necessary trend of the integration of web technology with physics education. Dissertate a series of change in traditional physics courses caused by the importing of web technology .We investigate the status quo of the combination of physics education with web technology in some high schools in Changchun along with students' attitude and feeling toward web-based instruction. We use statistics method,questionnaire method and logic thinking method. By analyzing the datum ,we find many problems. So we design another questionnaire to survey the pre-service teacher's (the senior students in the normal university ) preparation for web-based instruction .We find out that web technology is not integrated into traditional physics class effectively, the web resource has not been used adequately by teachers and students. This can ascribe to several reasons such as being devoid of hardware, being short of financing , the teachers' insufficient preparation in technology etc. But the most important reason is the conception of the whole society towards the web-based instruction which block the course of the combination of education with web technology. The pre-service teacher have not been trained properly, they need to do more preparation both in knowledge ,skill and ideology, and information accomplishment need to be placed on its curriculum. We also introduce the using and integrating instructional technology in other countries. In the end we bring forward some countermeasure to the problems mentioned above for the sake of prompting the integrating information technology with physics education.
