This paper focuses on the theory on the leaping-forward development of the post-developing education. The writer will carry on the study from three aspects: basic theory, explanation of the fundamental theory system and demonstration.Basic Theory. This part will make a brief introduction about four supporting theories: the Spanning Kafuding Valley, the Advantage of Backwardness, the Unequilibrium Development and the Sustainable Development.Explanation of Fundamental Theory System. On the base of the former supporting theories, the writer analyses the leaping-forward development of the post-developing education systematically. It will be carried on from the following aspects to establish the theory system of the leaping-forward development of the post-developing education. Firstly, make clear of the connotation of the development and the leaping-forward development, and tell the differences between leaping-forward and catching-up and between conventional development and unconventional development so as to acquire the connotation of the leaping-forward development of the post-developing education. According to this connotation, the writer finds five basic characteristics. They are discontinuous, grafting, unconventional, unequilibrium and high-power, which is the basis for the further study on the leaping-forward development of the post-developing education. Secondly, this paper advances the guiding ideology of the leaping-forward development of the post-developing education. Thirdly, according to these characteristics mentioned above, the writer respectively advances five basic principles (principle of opening, of combining the whole advancement with focus breakthrough, of moderate leading, of coordinating, and of sustainabledevelopment). Fourthly, the target establishment of the leaping-forward development of the post-developing education, which is quite complex and important, is the key to achieve its success. The writer believes that it should follow the principles of practical feasibility, quality first and space-time at first, and then this study will be carried on from the view of multi-level to analyze the general, constructive and level targets. Fifthly, after the establishment of the targets, a model of target realization will be set up. The choices of the model will be made from combination of self-development and key supporting, inner communication and outer introduction. Finally, in order to ensure the leaping-forward development of the post-developing education, the supporting system is also needed to be set up according to relative inner and outer factors.Demonstration. To put Jinuo people education as a case, demonstration will help prove the feasibility of the leaping-forward development of the post-developing education and the science of its theory. This paper introduces the social background and education condition of Jinuo people before liberation to analyze the implementation of Jinuo education of the leaping-forward development. And then analyze its qualifications by factors of ideas, education policy and investment, and politics. At last, the writer explains the meaning of demonstration of the advantage of backwardness theory about Jinuo education leaping-forward development and gets two pieces of enlightenment about it.
