| As the major content of teacher management system,teacher post system has great signification to the development of education and promotion of teachers' specialization.With promulgation and conduction of new Compulsory Education Law in 2006,it announces a bran-new stage for the construction of teacher post system of compulsory education.Reflection of some important events in construction of teacher post system in compulsory education stage,such as development history,theory basis,current problems,has great signification under current background.The dissertation uses means of historic document,text analysis,investigation comprehensively,on the basis of ascertaining concept,nature,foundation and content of teacher post system in compulsory education stage,to survey its history and divide the development into three basic periods,analyze their characters.According to investigation of construction of teacher post system in compulsory education stage in current times,it analyzes its major problems and corresponding reasons.The dissertation advances preparatory strategies to promote construction of teacher post system in compulsory education stage linked with reality in our country.Teacher post system is a kind of professional teacher management system, meanwhile,it has something to do with teacher qualification system,teacher appointment system,teacher evaluation system.Therefore,the reformation of teacher post system in compulsory education stage must be all-dimensional.In theory,we are supposed to change current teacher post level partly and form three-level and tensection system to embody constant stimulation function with the advantage of taking teacher professional career into account completely;In practice,we should improve teacher qualification system,carry out two-way teacher appointment and establish fair and rational evaluation system for teachers.The dissertation endeavors to make the nature and basic content of teacher post system in stage of compulsory education clear,straighten out its development history, find out major problems of teacher post system in stage of compulsory education in our country,definite the direction of reformation of teacher post system in stage of compulsory education in our country and I wish it could give ideas to improvement of teacher post system in stage of compulsory education in our country according to the preparatory research. |
