Research On The Higher Vocational And Technical Education Development Strategy In Post Demonstration Period

Demonstration program of higher vocational and technical education has all been completed and achieved fruitful results. But with the post demonstration period coming, higher vocational and technical college felt confused about the future. Where should we go after the revolution of education? How to play an example role? How to consolidate the fruits? How to deal with the new challenges? Looking for good way to solve the above problems has become urgent. Therefore, this study start with the problems of the demonstration construction of higher vocational and technical education, then try to search the development strategy in post demonstration period. This study is consists of five chapters:Chapter â… :IntroductionIntroduces the reason and meaning of this study, reviews the literature, defines the concepts, research methods and so on.Chapter â…¡:The background and basis of the higher vocational and technical education development in post demonstration periodFirst, through the analysis of the literature and policy, make clear about the background of the demonstration project; secondly, get the goals and path of demonstration construction, ready for the evaluation below; Thirdly, summarize the achievements of demonstration project with goals and path.Chapter â…¢:Core issues and analysis of higher vocational and technical education development in post demonstration periodAccording to the analysis results, combining with interviews, figure out the five serious problems in post demonstration period. Then analysis the reasons and "ought status" of these five issues. Chapter â…£:strategies and suggestions for higher vocational and technical education in post demonstration periodFor the issues found in the last chapter, this study take five cases to analysis and summarize effective experience.
