The hidden-curriculum has been an educational topic which has gradually attracted the worldwide attention since the 1960s. Although with a short history, it has attracted many scholars' great interests, especially for the moral theorists. In essence, the hidden- curriculum is a sort of valuable effect, which has a natural relation to the moral education. All sorts of hidden curriculum factors reflect the contents and requirements of our society and school moral education by indirect and hidden forms, and subconsciously exert ideological, political and moral influence on the students. So, it has already become an important tendency to stress and apply the hidden curriculum factors sufficiently to develop the students' personality in all-round ways in the moral curriculum reforms .Based on this theory, the text inquired into the hidden-curriculum' s significance and value in the political course, in order to make a contribution to the teaching reform. Talking from the curriculum's predicament, I first discussed some regrettable imperfection in the Tyler's model, then discussed the crises in the Bruner's model. Finally, I drew a new and developing research topic based on the humanism-the hidden-curriculum, and discussed its meaning, its basic characters and its factors. In the second part, I first discussed the hidden-curriculum's working principle in the political course, then discussed its values, including social developing value and personal developing value. The hidden-curriculum not only promotes the students' political socialism, but also exits social control on the students; not only has moral values , but also has intellectual functions. Then I analysed the natural links between the hidden-curriculum factors and the political course, and proved its special value, its positive and negative, apparent and hidden effects. In the third part, I discussed the feasibilities and necessities of the hidden-curriculum's design, discussed how to optimize and design all kinds of hidden-curriculum factors, in order to realize political course's purpose..The research towards the hidden-curriculum is only a beginning, but if we have found its significance, its value and its design in the political course, we will surely open a new window to the moral education and promote the scholars to research all kinds of hidden-curriculum factors which will play a potential part in the students' value, moral characters and so on. This will widen the research vision in the political subject' s teaching and studying. Only if we observe the political lessons in the light of hidden-curriculum, can we construct a latent moral education ,and embody the humanism theme Jink up the classroom and the real lives, promote the development to the students' knowing, feeling, willpower, action ,so as to reflect the modern educational idea .including quality-oriented education, enterprising education, principal education and so on. So we will bring up more modern talents who have both abilities and integrities.
