Today's youth are constructers and successors of our country. They are our nation's future .Their full development of mentality is very important. It has a direct connection with China's developmental speed in 21st century. Junior students are a special group of today's youth. Their mental and physical health is developing rapidly.Their view of the world, the view of the life and the view of value have not been developed yet. But they hate being given by force. While hidden curriculum has a lot of properties. It can form their morality in a different way. This study expounds the definition and function of the hidden curriculum, pointing out that it is a process in which the students are guided to imperceptibly acquire the moral experience and form their personalities. The study also suggests some methods to make full use of hidden curriculum to improve the actual effect of moral education.
