Sociological Analysis Of Urban And Rural Development Strategy

"To make overall planning for urban and rural economic and social development" is a new development strategy put forward by CPC and government in the new century. It is a task of great significance for the time, which involves deep theoretical and practical research.Based on sociology theories and its viewpoints, persisting in Marxist materialistic dialectic, contradict and analytic method, historical comparison of the thing, the dissertation analyzes the strategy from three aspects macroscopically and qualitatively. Firstly, the dissertation defines the connotation and characters of the strategy basically, then analyzes it from the reform of system and the transformation of economic-social structure. This dissertation is divided into five parts totally.Part one: introduction. It includes three aspects. Firstly, it discusses the significance of the issue by putting forward problems; secondly, it goes into detail textual theories, providing abundant and powerful analytic instruments; thirdly, it describes the textual logic frame with the main contents.Part two: the basic connotation and characters of "To make overall planning for urban and rural economic and social development". It discusses the basic connotation and three characters of the strategy, forming an intrinsic defining cognition.Part three: the system analysis about "To make overall planning for urban and rural economic and social development". It is made up of two levels. In the first place, it reasons that the institutional reformation and innovation is the key to establish and well-build the mechanism of the strategy; in the second place, it analyzes emphatically four kinds of systems: household register system, village land system, rural social security system and employment system, generalizes the process that these systems reform, analyzes the problem faced in further reformation, points out the direction of reformation and innovation creatively. Part four: to propel the transformation of economic-social structure in carrying out the strategy. It is divided into four aspects. At first, the thesis analyzes and points out that transformation of Economic-Social Structure lags behind economic and social development, which is the main contradiction faced in planning rural and urban economic and social development as a whole; points out that the process of Economic-Social Construction Transformation is an organism to plan; points out that it is only with Economic-Social Construction Transformation that planning rural and urban economic and social development as a whole will come true, that social chronic problems and obstacles existing in social development and the process to build a well-off society in an all-round way will be get over by the root. Second, the thesis elaborates three Economic-Social Structural Transformation: Economic Structure, Rural-Urban Structure and Social Stratum Structure, analyzes the basic contents, meaning of structure transformation, points out the problems and obstacles faced with , put forward the constructive counterplans.Part five: conclusion. It sums up the textual standpoints.
