Ⅰ IntroductionThere have been problems such as paying too much attention to absolute evaluation criteria, ignoring students' individual discrepancy, and criteria of learning evaluation being divorced from instructional objectives, in elementary physical education curriculum since the founding of the PRC, which , to some degree, restrains the reform of learning evaluation in RE. curriculum. It is pressing to build a concrete and operable criteria of learning evaluation regarding the reform of school RE.Ⅱ:MethodologyThe methodology of documentation, questionnaire, and logical analysis are used in this dissertation.Ⅲ:Result and conclusioni Analyzing the development of learning evaluation criteria of RE. curriculum and investigating current situation implemented learning evaluation criteria in middle school RE. curriculum, this article points out relevant problems as following: too much attention being paid to absolute evaluation criteria, student discrepancy being ignored, the criteria of learning evaluation being divorced from instructional objective, learning effort and progress being ignored. It points out further that the reasons for them are scientism-value, subject-centralism, and physique-education.ii On the basis of reviewing and analyzing the present situation of study on criteria of learning evaluation, this article points out a series of problems existed: too much stress being laid on the study of absolute evaluation criteria, the study on discrepancy evaluation criteria being ignored, concrete and operable study being in want of, etc.iii A criteria of learning evaluation for physical education and health curriculum, is put forward in the light of the condition of china by this study, using the experience of foreign countries for reference. The suggested criteria of learning evaluation reads as follow: to use different criteria according to different evaluation content and different learning level, to use rank mark system (excellent, fine, fair, pass, failure) and to synthesize students' achievement or improvement in physique, knowledge and skill, attitude, motion expression, and spirit of cooperation and so on. On the basis of fully considering student discrepancy, it is necessary that using extra-mark and±1 rank system to evaluate students' progress and development in physical education curriculum. study.
