| It's an inevitable choice in changing educational concepts for the development of scientific technology and the challenge of intellectual economy to set up the model of cultivating pioneering talents. The paper, firstly, comparatively refers to the developing course of cultivating pioneering talents in the higher learning of our country and in the western developed countries such as America, Germany, Japan and so on. By the investigative analysis of the learning qualities of college graduates in the former Central South Univ. of Technology and in Wuhan University, it is indicated that there exist some shortcomings and its reasons in this respect. Then on the basis of their traits and their growing-up surroundings, the model and its relevant plans and measures are proposed and analyzed in accordance of the problems to carry out the model in the pre colleges and universities. |
