Research On Founding And Running Students Pioneering Park Of JLG College

As the increase of university graduates has been increasingly steep, competition has been accordingly stiffer in employment after graduation. Building the college students Pioneering Park can enhance the capability of starting business, to further illustrate, starting business boosts employment rate and quality, thus alleviating the employment strains. College students Pioneering Park is one of the most organic union way of typical universities entrepreneurship education and practice. But in the construction and operation aspects existed some problems,such as lack of strategic planning, function positioning, management system is not perfect and so on.This paper, employing the examples of JLG college in the process of founding and running its venture park, initially introducing evolution history of college students Pioneering Park and its implications, functions, development status and the existing drawbacks included. Furthermore, the conditions of successfully establishing an entrepreneurship park would be analyzed and explored, by the means of SWOT ANALYSIS, to demonstrate its strategic importance. The third part of this paper is to identify the target to erect the pioneer park, the trend to develop and the steps to implement the developing plan,with synthetic appliance of Theory of the business incubator, Triple helix model, theory of enterprise life cycle, theory of the second start-up. This paper also embodies the detailed explanation and elaboration of the operating plan for the venture park in JLG college, mainly regarding the management mode, the framework, incubation mechanism of registered enterprises and project management. Lastly, a clutching number of assurances would be weighed and highlighted, particularly on five aspects---- enforcing entrepreneurship support policy, promoting flexible combination of studying step, researching step and production step, optimizing the educational system of entrepreneurship and, most importantly, bettering the service in the university venture park.From the science point of view,this article conducts careful researches on the general rules of launching and operating the pioneer park for university students.Apart from it, it deals with developing strategy, target positioning, function positioning and the operating mode, providing reference for entrepreneurship training, the concrete practice and the essential steps to establish an college students Pioneering Park.
