| This research surveys and analyzes the problem of promoting the training of china's preschool teachers in the early 21st century. Particularly, it takes the situation in Jiangsu province as example.This thesis analyzes the necessity of promoting the teachers' training, regarding it as the requirement of the 21st century's development, the inevitable tendency of the preschool education's development and request of china's preschool educations that are required to promote the preschool teachers' training in the well-development districts. They are: 1> the development of economy which is the basis; 2, the decline of the population birthrate which provides the opportunity for development; 3, the development of the preschool education's study in colleges and universities which prepares the sources of higher education; 4, the changing in the teaching conception which forms the ideology basis.The promotion of the preschool teachers' training is driven by that of the primary school teachers' training. It ,however, has its own special characteristics, in the promotion of the teachers' school education, theyare showed as: to face the special present promotion situation------thecontrast between the ideal and the reality; to confront the unusualpromotion background-------the undergoing reform of the preschooleducation system; to accomplish the special mission------to meet thedouble requirements of the quantity and the quality of the teachers and the challenges from the new market; and to be bound to experience a particular promotion process------from dependence to independence.At the end, this essay puts forward some suggestions on the promotion of the preschool teachers' training. |
