Training is an important approach to providing knowledge,information and relevant professional skills for teachers.It can even be one of the fruitful approaches.In recent years,with the rapid development of social economy,preschool education has also received the great attention from all walks of life.Meanwhile,the country reinforces the preschool education and puts forward significant development plans,including Several Opinions of the State Council on the Current Development of Preschool Education in2010(issued by the state,No.41 in 2010).As an important component of the implementation of preschool education,preschool teachers play a role most directly.The development of preschool education is always inseparable from the development of preschool teachers.It is particularly important to enhance the implementation and formulation of training to develop the integral level of the team of preschool teachers better.Therefore,the country took the lead in implementing “Demonstrative Training Project for Teachers in Primary and Middle School” in 2010 and then added “National Training Plan for Preschool Teachers” in 2011.At present,a lot of scholars have paid attention to the importance of development of preschool teachers and carried out relatively abundant researchers on training of preschool teachers.However,there are few studies based on the training of preschool teachers in Henan Province.There is just analysis from the perspective of current situation and demand for preschool teachers while there is no analysis about demand of external environment,which is the innovation of the topic.The topic mainly selects the trainees in “National Training Plan” for preschool teachers in X University in Henan Province in 2016 as the objects of the study.According to the demands of preschool teachers for relevant training and features of curriculum provision and the training form,design questionnaires and outline of interview through reading a large number of documents and integrating related materials.Issue,obtain and collate the questionnaires and review the contents in the telephone interview aimed at the objects in the study.Based on the analysis about external demands,design the opinion of the kindergarten on training demand in the questionnaire.And search for six leaders in kindergarten and ten parents of kids as the interviewees.Conduct a further analysis about training demand on this basis.Analyze and collate the returned important information.Firstly,comb the basicinformation of the study objects.Secondly,analyze from the external demands of kindergarten,parents of kids and policy.Thirdly,take an analysis about current situation and demands of trainees in specific directions.Finally,investigate and analyze the satisfaction and the differences between demands of teachers and actual training.From the research results,put forward countermeasures in practical significance from different perspectives.Put forward practical advice about the relevant departments which implement the “National Training Plan” of preschool teachers.Make proposals on the selection of trainees to choose the excellent.Pay attention to the value of evaluation and establish perfect evaluation mechanism.Finally,analyze the deficiencies in the process and results of the research in order to enable “National Training Plan” for preschool teachers to carry out effective training.
