The 2Y?century is full of sharp international competitions which isfocus on the qualified personnel, so all the countries and governmentsconsider it their main job to train the comprehensive qualities .As to ourcountry ,she needs to speed up to cultivate the talents with creative spiritand practical abilities .so the importance raises to learn to communicate andto be good at communicating.Middle School Students are in a special state of developing ,They actssome special social parts. As they are to enter the society .to become theconstructors and successors of the socialist. They are eager for thecapabilities of social communication ,but on the other hand, they seemimmature , on lack of experiences of social awareness and action, for theirincompletely entering the society. The immaturity and lack determines thatquite a few students have some problems that has caused them to declinein their studies and to act out certain unsuitable actions and that may beharmful to their growth, even to the socialist construction All abovesuggest that it is necessary to do a carding, a analyses to the factors, tofind out the countermeasuresBasing on the reasons above In the preface, First , I am trying toillustrate the importance of social communication after I have analyzed theobjet require of the society development and the qualities, that theindividual , as a member of a certain society ,has to own .Second ,I proposeclearly, according to the characters of middle school students and the dataffrom investigation, caused by unfavorable public communication, that thereare still quite a few students behaving unsuitably and poor in study. Then, I~vill divide the problem into three respects: problem expressions, reasonanalyses ,pondering about countermeasures, and prove them in detail.In the chapter of the expressions the problems . First ,I annotate anddefine the implication and range of communication and socialcommunication Second , I conclude the unsuitable manifestations in thesocial communication of the middle school students from threerespects :first ,the middle school students have action partials incommunications according to the idea of subject quality of individualsexist in the middle school students according to the process ofcommunicatioOn, third ,the weakness of social practice ability is alsopresent the students according to the efficacy of communication All theproblems are mainly caused by the unfavorable influence of familiesschools ,society and etc .According to the influence of families ;First ,thepartials in the family education view ,Second ,the unsuitable train; Third,the limitations of family environment and the quality of theparents According to the influence of the school , First, the error in theguiding ideology of schools ; Second , the error region in the organizationalforms of school education ; Third, the shortcoming in the communicationof the teachers?own, according to the influence of the society . Mainly, Itrefers to the influence of mass media and the internetsAccording to the three influence factors, this article will pose threecountermeasures, according to optimizing the social communications ofthe middle school students: First , improve the family educationalenvironments , give full play to its influence; Second, as a whole,build a democratic school communication form which fits the characters ofthe students?physical and mental .Third , strengthen the social supportsystem to guarantee the enthusiasm in the associations of the middle schoolstudents.
