Science education is an important part of elementary education . The reform of science education in kindergarten can make itself an integral part in international children's educational research . While to establish its goal is very important and difficult .For a long time it has taken us several stages by confirming kindergarten's education goals. From 1949 to 1980's, under the influence of the former Soviet Union, the domestic kindergarten just only taught children common sense. Its main goal is to cultivate children to master physical science. As a result,this has become the model of teacher teaching and children learning. After 1980's, by absorbing plenty of advanced education theory, domestic nursling field changed the common sense education into science education and established the goal of nursling scientific education, it includes three levels: scientific knowledge and experience science method and technology, passion and attitude with the coming of advanced science and technology time, observing the tendency of international nursling science education. Nursling science education goal can not adapt to the need of the era of knowledge economy and information and we must study it deeply and make an relative adjustment. Teachers play an important role in the course of executing nursling science education at present. There is big distance among teachers in scientific fiber, science knowledge, scientific ability, lacking high fiber teachers has confined the development of nursling scientific education in Zhengzhou, even in the whole country, it must be changed through effective system and means. Scientific decision and management are guarantee to practicing the children education. There are many problems in the children's education in our city, including completing the organization and executive mechanism, designing and practicing of the policy. It's necessary to solve all these problems in a short time. The article begins with the definition of children's science education and analyzes the demand for the children education according to the times?development. It also absorbs some advanced thoughts and experiences from national educator and realized the limits to the traditional common sense education. In the meantime, the teaching goals have been reconfirmed. The main aim is to train the children's positive emotions in care for environments and right attitudes towards nature and science, at the same time, also make children learn how to get rich knowledge and experience. The essay puts emphasis on analysis of a chain questions in the children science education in Zhengzhou and researches the solving solution, raising initiative plans. The paper includes three parts: The first part is to put forth the questions: including the definition for children's science education, the current situation of children's education abroad and China Taiwan and the limitation in traditional common sense education. The second part is to study analyze children's science education in kindergarten in Zhengzhou city. We lack unified goals and contents in children's education. By the limiting of traditional educational thoughts, the right unified realization among ranks of education department is absent.
