Study On The Management Status And Standardization Of Children’s Sports Training Institutions In Zhengzhou

The program of "healthy China 2030" points out that young children are the basic class that runs through a person’s life and play an extremely important role in the development of a person’s life.Sports play an important role in promoting the development of children’s physical qualities,such as cognition,coordination,agility,flexibility and mental,control,mental health and views.As an important place to promote the healthy development of children’s physical education,enhance the quality of children’s physical and mental health,cultivate children’s sports literacy,develop sports habits,spread sports ideas and ideas,and train sports reserve talents,children’s sports training institutions have an irreplaceable position.With the emergence of young children’s sports training institutions in recent years,under the premise of promoting the rapid development of social economy and bringing convenience to people,some problems can not be ignored gradually.This article mainly uses the questionnaire survey method,the sampling method,the expert interview method,the field observation method to carry on the scientific and meticulous analysis research to the Zhengzhou infant physical education training institution.The research object of this thesis is 20 children’s physical training institutions in Zhengzhou,including management staff,coaches and parents.Starting from the facilities and equipment of training institutions,site equipment,qualification certificate,parents’ evaluation,curriculum setting,marketing mode and other aspects,this paper investigates the operating situation of children’s physical education training institutions in Zhengzhou,and through a series of problems and development bottlenecks and in the operation of children’s sports training institutions.Put forward standardized opinions and suggestions for the actual situation.The aim is to provide reference for promoting the healthy and upward development of sports training institutions and training market in Zhengzhou.This study found the following problems:一 The site facilities and professional equipment of some children’s sports training institutions in Zhengzhou are not perfect,the conditions and scale of running schools are not up to the national standard.二 The management system is not perfect,the division of labor is not clear,and the syste三 The coaches and managers of some children’s sports training institutions in Zhengzhou are not highly educated,professional accomplishment is not strong,lack of responsibility and so on.m is not standard.四 The curriculum system of some children’s physical education training institutions in Zhengzhou is updated slowly and lacks innovative consciousness.五 The fees of some children’s sports training institutions in Zhengzhou are not reasonable enough and the marketing mode is single the following conclusions are put forward in response to the above questions:一 We will increase the scale of running schools,improve the,registration rationalization.二 Establish sound management rules and regulations三 the coach team assessment and promotion management,regular outside study and training.四 Introduction of foreign advanced education ideas,timely updating of the curriculum system.五 formulate strict charge and refund policy,carry out "online + offline" diversified marketing model.
