Short-term conduct in school management means the actions, violating laws and purpose of education and harming the all-round development of student and sound education, taken by school directors for the sake of short benefit or superficial education effect. The short-term conduct in school management is divided in two forms: attach importance to material and despise human: focus on result and despise process. This situation is led by external objective elements and internal subjective elements of directors. In order to surmount this short-term conduct, four things have to be done very well: renewing education sense, reforming lead system, raising directors qualification, completing and improving assessment system. |
