The Research For The Problems Of Short-term Support Education Program Of University Student Volunteers

Volunteering activity of university student starts from scratch and spring up gradually recent years.With the implement of service of volunteer students for western program and " three supports and one assistance " plan,short-term support education of university student volunteers work as a social practical activity,it provides a new road for middle-western backward area.More and more students would like to choose attending short-term support education program during the winter and summer vocation,it has become a significant way for them to know and return society and promote the development of education fairness.However,there is still some problem just because some subjective and objective reasons,short-term support education of university student volunteers did not fully display its due role,not only did not promote the development of education fairness,but also make some bad consequence.This text mainly focus on analysis the reason why the problem of short-term support education program of university student volunteers happens and it based on the analysis of the current situation of organization and management of short-term support education of university student,and provide the suggestion for make the short-term support education program more efficiency combine with the practical.This text includes for parts,the first parts mainly indicates the basic status of short-term support education program based on background and basic properties short-term support education program’s formation.The second part indicates the present problem from the four aspects,fragmentization,superficialize,simplification and impetuousness,for short-term support education program.The third part analysis the problems above separately from five dimensions.The last part provides the strategies for promote the launch of short-term support education program more efficiently based on the problems above.
