Since the Renaissance, Humanism has always been the dominant value system in the development of society. However, with the emergence of modern science, the further development of the modern science, Scientism develops and gradually replaces the Humanism. The contradiction between the two is growing. In the era of knowledge economy, the humanity own needs to develop strong requirement of humanism and scientism from split to fusion. Scientific humanism arises at the historic moment. On the one hand, it inherits the outstanding achievements of Humanism, on the other hand, it insists on the way of scientific development. It is based on science and humanities as its guide. It realizes the organic integration of humanities and science, the all-round development of human as the purpose, and becomes the philosophy of the new period of the most vitality. The author of this thesis after a series of comparative study found that scientific humanism as a philosophy of social development, also has the function of quality education, and the concept of quality education has many similarities. The two reflect the basic idea of Marx’s philosophy, highlight the value orientation of humanistic care, and emphasize promoting people’s comprehensive development. In view of this, the author thinks that the scientific humanism can be combined with the education of our country, and it can play a guiding role in the theory.In education, basic education is the basic stage of training talents and improving the quality of the people. Throughout the world, basic education is a key part of the educational reform in every country. In our country, basic education includes early childhood education, primary education and secondary education. Among them, primary school education is the beginning of school education, and the longest time for personal growth and development, the cultivation of talents is the most important. However, on the current situation of the development of basic education in our country, utilitarianism thought, knowledge education phenomenon still exists, and the individual area is still serious. Basic education is too important to the assessment results, not enough attention to the cultivation of students’ humanistic quality. The cultivation of students’ creativity is still scarce. The enlightenment education stage did not play a good foundation for the cultivation and shaping of the national talents.On the basis of systematic analysis of the main characteristics, value significance and realization condition of scientific humanism, According to theory of all-round development of Marxist philosophy, through the comparative study of scientific humanism and the concept of quality education, aiming at the current situation of the development of basic education in China, the necessity of the integration of scientific humanism into basic education is discussed in this paper. This paper to the integrative practical activity curriculum in primary education as an example of scientific and humanistic education concept in the course of the positive guidance function, from the theoretical analysis to the classroom practice, from the teaching objectives and evaluation, summary of concept of scientific humanism education advantage and constitutive building significance of basic education of science and Humanism.
