National culture education is based on the education of national culture, which is a collection of material culture, behavioral culture, institutional culture and spiritual culture in four areas in educational activities, and it is the inheritance and protection of national culture. In the information age, with the aid of the digital platform, the national culture education realizes the communication and learning of different nations across the time and region. By the help of information push technology, it is to promote the national culture education comprehensive digital transmission, but because of the popularization of information technology, episodic information lead that users cannot get effective and continuous national culture information in a timely manner. However, due to the colony information technology and the Fragmentation information, the customer cannot get timely, effective, continuous national culture information. With the development of pervasive computing, many national culture digital museums and libraries have been built, which provide users to visit and study the national culture information in the context – aware environment. Digital museum using context-aware technology automatically to get the user information, and it is in a timely manner to provide users information which is in accordance with its national culture interest demand. These approaches reduce user participation and information debris, and enhance the user’s interest and satisfaction, finally meet the personalized requirements of users.This paper is in view of the current disadvantages of individualized information service and individualized information demand, with the national culture education information push as the research background. By using the internet of things and context awareness technology, the intelligent information pushing service model of personalized national culture education information is put forward, in order to achieve more efficient and accurate national culture education information push service. The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)User interest information access method was studied, with context awarenesstechnology and data mining technology to obtain the user’s context information, and build a database to store the user’s real-time data and historical information. Then the context information classification will be get, in which the information is divided into explicit information and implicit information, and the explicit information and implicit information weight is adjusted and quantified, then the user interest information needed is computed. All this will be laying a good foundation for the construction of information pushing and user interest model.(2) User interest model based on vector space has been proposed, and the context of multidimensional degrees of user interest model(M-C-W) is built. Relevance of explicit user interest and implicit user interest in the context of environment is considered, the multidimensional dynamic context information is effectively combined and integrated. By implementing the combination of user’s explicit and implicit interests, so as to obtain user interest and update the dynamic model timely.(3)Considering the research of collaborative filtering algorithm and the relationship of time and space, collaborative filtering information pushing algorithm based on the perspective of "user–projects–context" was proposed. By getting the similarity user group and space-time relationship to achieve the most user interested information, thus achieves the goal of provide all-round access personalized information service to users.(4)Based on the android platform, the paper is setting up an intelligent information pushing service of personalized national culture education Information prototype system, building the user’s interest model by collecting user behavior information, such as comments, browsing and other acts of operating information, with national culture and education information to meet their needs, and then the desirable national culture education information can be initiative to provide users from the system.In this paper, the method of building a multidimensional user interest model and spatial and temporal correlation collaborative filtering information pushing algorithm which on account of the context awareness is put forward, it aimed at improving the efficiency and timeliness of the national culture education information push in the complicated context, and meeting the requirements of customers for nationality culture education information timely and accurately, so it has a certain research significance.
