In recent years,with the continuous improvement of the integration of technology and education,students have more and more opportunities to acquire knowledge through Internet.As one of the main portals of the Internet,the browser has gradually become indispensable software for users to surf the Internet.However,the overloaded and massive information in the Internet take a lot of time for elementary and middle school students to find and filter out the information that they want.Based on the user’s interest and preferences,personalized recommendation can provide personalized information service for users,which can significantly improve the efficiency of acquiring required resources.As the main way of browser navigation,headlines are of great value in information recommendation and user guidance.In view of the needs of the primary and middle school students,the research on the personalized headline information recommendation mechanism is carried out on the basis of an educational browser being developed by the project group,so as to give full play to the value of the education browser in the personalized service.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1.Starting from the meaning of personalized service,the characteristics and implementation mechanism of personalized recommendation system based on different recommendation algorithms are discussed.Then the research status of user interest modeling is analyzed,which provides a solid foundation for the construction of user interest model in this dissertation.2.The theory of modern educational science is studied,and the influence of individualized learning,behavioral science and multiple intelligences on this research is analyzed,and it is integrated into the design of the personalized headline information recommendation of the educational browser.3.Different means of collecting user behavior information collection are analyzed.In view of the behavior characteristics of the primary and middle school students,functions such as history records and the web favorites in the educational browser are designed and realized.4.The technologies of natural language processing and machine learning such as text vector model(VSM),web page classification,support vector machine(SVM)and other related technology are studied.In the educational browser,we have realized the category labeling for web pages.On this basis,the user interest model based on the browsing content is established.5.The realization mechanism of personalized recommendation based on educational browser is studied.Using crawler to obtain recommended resources,personalized headline information recommendation on the home page is realized in the educational browser,which enriches the function of educational browser.Based on the education theory of personalized learning and behavioral science,this dissertation analyzes the behavior characteristics and learning needs of primary and middle school students,constructs an interest model based on the content of user browsing,and uses the content based recommendation algorithm to recommend the personalized headline information in the educational browser.The function of educational browser is to help primary and middle school students get more convenient learning resources that meet their personalized needs,and improve their learning efficiency.
