Since the reform and opening up, China began to implement the family planning policy, more than 30 years of family planning policy makes the one-child family has become the mainstream of the city family, this phenomenon is related to China’s national conditions at the time. Compared to foreign countries, the emergence of this situation has evolved into a national situation rather than a social group in the specific phenomenon. According to this, it is the family of the parents of the continuous aging caused by a series of contradictions in the elderly. This is the mutual collision between the traditional pension and the reality of our country.China’s society has begun to face a huge pension pressure, because of the large area of the city’s only child families, leading to the generation of the study of the issue of pension for parents is particularly important. Through the sampling survey of Guiyang City, the author finds out the various problems that arise in the social life. Through the induction and processing, understand that China’s pension model began to diversify, but also face the pain of reform. Most families will choose the combination of social security and self pension. But self pension is the problem that this text wants to solve in this paper, therefore, how to define is also a part of this paper need to be discussed.Through questionnaires and case interviews, this paper analyzes the difficulties and problems of family and society, economy, life and spirit of the parents of the only child in the city. Through combining with the social phenomenon and the existing social security system, this paper analyzes the problems of the elderly in China, and puts forward some suggestions and Countermeasures for the problems.
