All around the world, every country attaches great importance to the development of education in the country. Preschool education work as the starting point of quality education is an important part of education system. For the development of early childhood education,to promote children’s all-round development of physical and mental health, develop children’s learning potential and improve the overall quality of the whole people, has very important practical significance. Pre school education as the basis of the education stage, the quality of education is closely related to higher education and nine years of compulsory education, and its development level is related to the overall development of education.Preschool teachers as an important part of pre-school education, the development level and the overall quality of preschool teachers is one of the key factors that affect the success or failure of pre-school education, which affects the quality of pre-school education. In order to improve the construction of kindergarten teachers, the key is to improve the level of competence of kindergarten teachers, such as professional knowledge, personal quality,teaching skills.With the development of kindergarten teachers’ competency level, how to improve the competence of kindergarten teachers has become the focus of scholars’ research. However in the changing modern society, recruiting excellent, qualified kindergarten teachers have is not the only way, for in-service kindergarten teacher training become horizontal force way more important, more urgent and more effective to promote the teacher competency.This paper first elaborates the related concepts such as preschool teachers,training system,competency model and other theory related to the theme, and then through the method of questionnaire investigation and interview, the research object is 15 kindergarten in Taiyuan.Analyzed the teachers training system, development status and existing problems.The competency model and then build excellent preschool teachers through questionnaire method, interview method, literature method, and then the competency model as a benchmark, and preschool teachers development status were compared, in order to construct the training system of preschool teachers, determine the teachers’ in-service training training objects, training needs, training content, training methods, training evaluation etc..
