Chinese carries thousands of years of Chinese civilization, it is the carrier of Chinese cultural heritage and development of the Chinese nation to flourish and continue the cornerstone of National Education. As Chinese writing symbols, Chinese characters is not only an important tool for people to live and learn, but also, has played a pivotal role in the process of historical development. From then on there has been a literacy teaching Chinese characters.In China literacy learning is more important to the lower primary years period of childhood students for their significance is extraordinary.Chinese is the second most important language for korean students, the main purpose is to give students the ability of using Chinese language to communicate. Chinese language learning is inseparable from the study and application of Chinese characters. It is of great significance for Korean students to understand the status of Chinese teaching literacy, to improve their Chinese level, build lifelong learning and overall development of students, to further promote national development and national integration.Longjing is a jurisdiction of a county-level city with Korean Autonomous Prefecture in Jilin Province.It located in the southeast of Jilin Province, household population of 170,000. Wherein Korean population is about 11.5 million,66% of the total population.There are five nine-year construct national joint schools in Longjing. Both Chinese and Korean student can go to these school. They are the implementation of integrated management of compulsory schools. I did the survey of five national inter-school Chinese teachers and students and found that Korean student’s motivation for learning Chinese is very strong.Also we have perfecting teacher recruitment and training mechanisms; Chinese teachers generally have strong business qualities. Chinese schools based on curriculum standards requirements, combined with the extension of teaching materials choreography Edition features to develop a more detailed and systematic literacy teaching content for the students, such as:curriculum standards required to master Chinese characters commonly used; materials which will appear writing and identify read word; the name of places and persons;also including the vocabulary list. And for different literacy content and requires. We use the pictures, Pinyin, origin, context setting, Korean and Chinese bilingual text with different methods to teach literacy and so on. In many years, the literacy students have a significant effect in memorizing, reading and writing, writing words and so on by their continuous efforts.Although we have encouraging results, the survey also found that, Chinese student literacy learning more susceptible to the negative impact of the mother tongue;because of the lack of appropriate language environment. Also students habitually use Korean language writing habits writing Chinese characters; on the other hand, we have the problems and puzzles in identifying the nearly word homophones and so on. Finally, the paper proposes actively promote and carry forward the traditional culture of today, the status quo of Chinese literacy teaching must be paid attention. Teachers should change the old ideas, establish the scientific concept of literacy teaching, strengthen scientific literacy teaching theory, improve the theoretical level of teachers and professional quality. To show the more variety of literacy teaching to students.
