Computer technology is the most powerful and most flexible technology in history. Theinformation revolution triggered by it changes learning, health, shopping, dating methods ofhuman, even leads to profound changes in the social and ethical. This social influence ofinformation technology, whether good or bad, should also attract public policy makers, networktechnician and technology users’ attention. Ethical issues, like computer crime, viruses andhackers, electronic data protection, privacy, intellectual property, etc. appears in unconsciousstate. Since the mid-20th century, computer ethicists have been working on the root causes of theethical issues and ethical norms established in order to be more judicious use of IT in the positiveeffect.The advent of E era made human society into a new space area-the virtual world, which wascompletely different from material society. This moment the emergence of education virtualcommunities web-based was the outcome of the application of modern information technologyin education. Educational virtual community integrated uses theoretical results of educationinformation, learning theory and multimedia network technology, putting education as the mainfunction goal, teacher-student exchanges as a means to create a new space-time education. Sameas other products of network environments, educational virtual communities create a series ofsocial and ethical issues in the application. To achieve maintenance of students’ personal interests,maintaining good relationships, healthy development of community resources, building of safeand orderly environment and community harmony cultural, philosophy, ethics point of view needbe introduced in the study and effective code of ethics should be established. If ethical norms arevalid, which role they should play, the study must return to the community itself, exploring theirimpact on various constituent element of educational virtual community.Article devote to the research on role of education virtual community ethics, providingpractical principles and strategies for educational virtual community building. First, according toresearch of computer ethics, network ethics, define the concept of virtual education communityethics and consider that ethics exist three levels: etiquette, norms, principles, and limit thisresearch at the normative level. After, accordance with ethical theory, build the principles thateducation virtual community ethics should follow, make six ethical elements of integrity,impartiality, independence, respect, harmless, altruistic under the guidance of the principle andthe corresponding ethical norms content. Further, in accordance with the needs of the communityethical subject, conduct level analysis on ethics of education virtual community and creatively produce education virtual community ethics level tower.After enough content analysis on the education virtual community ethics, propose a rolehypothetical model of education virtual communities ethics, assuming that the educationalvirtual community ethics have a significant impact on community members, content andresources, environment and culture of the three components. Accordance with the assumptionsdesign issues, conduct a survey. Last, based on the results of empirical analysis, get a concretemanifestation of action that ethics have on these three elements, and carry out specificallyaddressed.
