In non-transfer mode, by thinking about the professional athletes’skill level perspective, and combines its market value, the stock value, value added and other factors, we established of the value measurement model of non-professional competitive athletes transfer mode. By building the value of human capital measurement model, we can provide the basis for the correct assessment of the human capital value of professional sports athletes, and it will have the great significance to promote the healthy development and will helpful with the flow of talent in the competitive sports industry.
