Undergraduate elementary education from its inception has nearly 20 years. in the 20 years, the speed and scale of the development of undergraduate reached a certain level, many local universities of elementary education explored positively and beneficially, established their own training mode, and on this basis, developed their training programs. School training programs including training objectives, training standards, curriculum and training course. Because the primary teachers professional standards promulgated, that put forward some new ideas to us, as to primary school teachers training should be professional, and foreign higher level of primary school teachers training for us to enlightenment, these need us to improve undergraduate primary school teachers training program.The paper use literature method, historical research method and survey method. By collecting literature and combing the history to understanding the development of China’s undergraduate training of primary school teachers, and the analysis of present situation of the training program for undergraduates elementary education, through scheme of text comparison and analysis of elementary education about three local universities to draw the extent of consistent between training program of teachers with elementary education and the "standard" and put forward suggestions to improve the training programs.The first chapter : the introduction. This chapter mainly discuss the problem, significance, literature review and research methods. Because the results of the domestic vertical comparison and foreign horizontal comparison and research results of domestic and foreign undergraduate elementary education can be seen, our undergraduate training of primary school teachers have much room for improvement. After the promulgation of the "standard", we can "standard" as the basis to improve the undergraduate primary school teachers training.The second chapter :development process of the of China primary school teachers’ pre service training. This chapter through combing the history, understand that our country primary school teachers’ pre service training has undergone a process of training more than normal, college level and undergraduate level. At each stage, this paper discusses the overview of history development and training programs, including each stage of the training objectives, curriculum, education practice, focuses on the historical overview of the undergraduate training of primary school teachers and current development plan.The third chapter : new challenges of the new period of primary school teachers’ pre service training. Combing through the second chapter of history, we can get undergraduate primary school teachers’ pre service training showing some of the new features, such as the modern transformation, improve the educational level, continuously enhance the comprehensive development of the quality and professionalism. However, there are some new challenges : truthfully amount to a qualitative leap, the core of literacy cultivation, and follow the "standard" training of teachers. Because of the "standard" is one of the core of this argument, so this chapter focuses on after the "standard" promulgation of new requirements for the program in primary school teachers’ pre service training.The fourth chapter: analyzes the scheme of text of Training Program of three local university undergraduate elementary education. By A, B, C three local universities undergraduate elementary education training program text comparison and analysis, we can see three schools training mode, training objectives and specifications, training years, course setting and training process having some arbitrariness and no uniform norms, and there are also some gaps with the "standard", which have the potential factors to hinder training. program specialization.The fifth chapter: the proposals to improve the training program of undergraduate elementary education. Through the analysis results in chapter four, we put forward some improvement and implementation of the recommendations on undergraduate professional elementary education training program. Firstly, perfect the cultivation plan following the "standard"; Secondly, according to the suggestions to adjust. Finally, each school in accordance with the "standard" at the same time should also play its own characteristics.Through the above several chapters, I have researched more comprehensively ahout undergraduate elementary education of three local universities, and found some problems and puts forward some suggestions to solve the problem, especially from the angle of "standard" to analyze issues and solve problems. IT have certain significance that is the theory to enrich the undergraduate elementary education research results, while the undergraduate elementary education training scheme also has some referential significance.
