In the background of economic globalization, culture shows its features of diversification and diversity. As China’s comprehensive national strength grows, technology and information technology get a rapid development. We can get the knowledge, regardless of category and nation, more and more convenient through the internet, which leads to a loss of China’s culture. Therefore, we have paid high attention to the inheritance of our minority culture.Music of ethnic minority is a bright pearl of minority culture, It is not only the crystallization of minority culture, but also a carrier of the inheritance of ethnic culture. The inheritance of Minority Songs is one of the many ways to promote the national culture. The music has a certain social environment and cultural background in the minority area such as Yunnan and Guizhou. It’s more difficult to inherit the culture and music of minority for the person from areas with strong Han culture.School education is one of the most convenient ways to inherit culture, author will turn into the Central Plains area-Xingtai, Hebei province. The article use Blue Sky School as a case, research the theories and methods of pedagogy used. Author carried on the analysis according to the current situation of the inheritance of the school, combined with the practice experience and feelings, pondering how Blue Sky school complete the inheritance of Minority Songs and Cultures under the social background of the coexistence of diverse cultures as a non-multi-ethnic school.The article consists of four parts, as follows:The first part is the introduction, including three parts, as research background and significance of the topic, research purposes and methods, concept definition and literature review.The second part is the present education situation of minority songs, including the research on status of minority songs in new curriculum standard of elementary school music and teaching material of Hunan Education Edition.The third part is the present music teaching situation and the practice teaching research in Blue Sky School. Firstly describe the present music teaching situation of Blue Sky School by macro view, then doing teaching practice research on minority songs by micro view.The fourth part is comparative analysis and suggestion on the investigation and practice teaching of the present situation of the Blue Sky School. Author gives analysis and summary through the comparison between practice experience and current situation. And put forward some constructive suggestions on the teaching and inheritance of the Minority Songs in the Blue Sky School.
