| In the era of knowledge economy,only individuals actively integrate into lifelong learning can better survive and develop in the age of informationization and networking.As the main force of building socialism with Chinese characteristics,as the most fierce group of new ideas and new ideas,college students should take the initiative to accept this kind of thinking and enhance their lifelong learning ability to seek sustainable development.This paper takes four universities in Nanchang(Nanchang University,Jiangxi Normal University,Nanchang Aviation University,Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics)as a sample,mainly using the questionnaire survey method and interview method to investigate the current situation of college students’ lifelong learning ability,and find the current based on this.The problems existing in college students’ lifelong learning ability and the corresponding training strategies.The article is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,including the basis of the topic and the research significance,research methods and research ideas and literature review.Based on the realistic thinking of the uniqueness of college students,the grasp of scholars’ relevant research dynamics,and the attention and attention to national policies,the theme of this research is determined.The second part is the concept definition and theoretical basis.It focuses on the connotation of the three concepts of lifelong learning,ability and lifelong learning ability,and finds the theory of this article from the self-directed learning theory,lifelong education and lifelong learning and human comprehensive development theory.The third part is the status quo survey,which includes survey design,survey implementation and statistical analysis.The fourth part is analysis and discussion.It analyzes the cognitive feedback analysis of lifelong learning ability of college students,the overall level analysis of lifelong learning ability,the significant difference analysis of background variables and the feedback analysis of college students’ lifelong learning ability strategy.The fifth part is the study of problems and strategies.Based on questionnaires and interviews,we look for problems in thelifelong learning ability of college students from the school level,students themselves,family level and social level,and propose corresponding improvement strategies.The sixth part summarizes and reflects.It mainly reviews the research of this paper,finds out the innovations and shortcomings of this research,and forecasts the future.This study hopes to analyze,think,summarize and reflect on the development of lifelong learning ability of college students in Nanchang,in order to promote the development and improvement of lifelong learning practice activities in colleges and universities,and also provide certain conditions for the country to develop lifelong learning systems and policies reference. |
