The thesis is writing for the bottom of the society——the people living in the rural area. Through the empirical research, the author try making their voice heard and setting my heart toward honoring the people who had worked in this domain.Just like the other grassroots political researches, this paper is based on long-term in-depth rural social research, for "Huai Village”, an example of the typical rural areas s, tries to establish an analysis model of Chinese rural governance and development theory. It will be express a new meaning in the history of latitude and longitude for this ordinary rural area. On the basic summary of the description and analysis of political management in the past fifty years, the village of Huai political relations, political participation and political culture, attempts from the political ecology、political sociology and political economics point of view to analyze the process and characteristics of rural development in China during the transition period. In order to achieve the purpose of writing this document, it will use about 55,000 words.The first chapter introduces the topics of the reason, then the relevant academic research are reviewed, and explains the academic research on factors related to this paper. The partⅡⅢⅣ will introduces the natural factors, social factors, political power, political ecology factors’ effect on the evolution of “Huai”. The fifth chapter summarizes the development of Huai village in the modern times and reveal the meaning of research.
